Les Seskin
Founder and President
Les founded Brookwood Media Arts in
1994, with a wealth of business and technical
knowledge. He is a twenty-eight year veteran
in the computer industry and is a recognized
expert in the development of sophisticated
computer programs to manage complex projects
across many industries.
He is also a cofounder and active director
of Primavera Systems, Inc. Primavera
is internationally recognized as the
industry leader in project management
systems. In addition, Les is a past president
of the Project Management Institute,
as well as a noted speaker for numerous
professional organizations including
AACE, PMI and Society of Professional
Engineers. Additionally, he has been
a guest lecturer at the Sloan School
of Business, Massachusetts Institute
of Technology.
Les' project management skills have
lead him to manage projects across a
wide spectrum of industries including
pharmaceutical, research and development,
engineering, construction, manufacturing,
information technology, chemical and
government. These assignments have resulted
in substantial savings to clients in
lower costs and shorter schedules.
Under Les' tenure, Brookwood has grown
into a proven leader in designing and
developing professional, computer/web
based solutions for its clients.

Rob
Seskin, MBA
Executive Vice President, COO
Rob is responsible for the operations
of Brookwood and oversees the development
of proposals, budgets and project schedules.
He works closely with project managers
to ensure the successful completion of
each project. He brings 13 years of project
management and product development experience
to the company.
Under Rob’s leadership, he has
recruited excellent talent and fostered
a gratifying working environment. This
healthy environment helped Brookwood
experience significant growth in revenue,
number of projects and number of employees
over the past 5 years. Since his joining
the company in 1997 revenues have increased
significantly and in 1999 Brookwood
was listed as the number 1 Web Design
company in Philadelphia by the Philadelphia
Business Journal.
Rob has focused Brookwood to be a
major player in Web development and
eLearning providing solutions for such
companies as Merck, Crown Cork & Seal,
Johnson and Johnson, CIGNA and MonitorForHire.com.
In addition, Brookwood has become one
of the largest Internet training centers
in the Philadelphia area offering their
expertise in helping others in their
development activities.
Rob earned his MBA from St. Joseph’s
University in Philadelphia, PA and
has been published in various industry
publications.

Jacquie
Beck, M.Ed.
Vice President - e-Learning
Jacquie has been creating interactive learning applications since 1988.
She has worked with The Ford Motor Company, FBI Academy, Crown Cork & Seal
Company, Johnson & Johnson, CIGNA, Sony Music, and many other companies
with diverse e-Learning initiatives. From instructional design and development,
to learning management system (LMS) interoperability, examples of Jacquies
work can be found in the E-Learning portfolio.
In addition to development, instructional design,
and project management, she also teaches Macromedia
Authorware. Jacquie has been using Authorware since
1992. She has also written articles for the Macromedia
Users Journal and E-Learning magazine on Building
Effective Rich Media and WBT for Slow Bandwidths.
Jacquie has a B.S. degree from Kutztown University,
and a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology
from Penn State University.

Alpana
Agrawal
Director of Creative Services
Alpana has continually expressed her
true artistic and management skills
during 8+ years in eLearning developement,
graphic
design,
and web development. She is responsible
for
developing
the Graphical
User Interfaces for our most prestigious
clients. Some of her GUI design projects
include: Boeing, Merck, Cigna, Johnson & Johnson,
Centocor, US Army, Monitorforhire and many
more.
Alpana is also responsible for developing
custom graphics, animations and Web sites
that portray the company's
image. Projects/Websites that Alpana has taken the
lead role and successfully completed to client satisfaction
include: Pfizer, FedEx, Johnson & Johnson, Centocor,
US Army, SearchTec, H-B Instrument, Inglis Innovative
Services, Maxwell Train, CHI, T-Thermal, PSI, Brookwood's
own site, and many more. Meeting tight deadlines with
optimal results and a smile is her trademark.
Alpana has an in-depth knowledge of
Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Adobe Presenter,
Captivate, Flash, Fireworks
and Dreamweaver and HTML. She extensively uses
JavaScript rollovers, pop-up menus, scrolling news
etc. to make the site more user friendly, eye appealing,
and easy to navigate.
Alpana won a Philly
Gold Award for Interactive Media for
her work on Brookwood’s promotional CD-ROM.
She earned Certification in Graphic Design and Web
Development from Massachusetts College of Arts, Boston
and a Bachelors Degree from India. |
