The Need

Bank of America needed to outsource a project to design and develop a state-of-the-art eLearning program.  They looked for a company with years of experience in eLearning development to design and deploy a training program to meet their requirements, on time and within budget. 

The Solution

Bank of America chose Brookwood, a Premier Alliance Partner with Macromedia and an AICC-Certified Development Company with over 15 years experience, to produce their interactive learning system. Brookwood designed and developed an eLearning application built on the Breeze platform for Reg 9 training.  Bank of America provided approved content, PPT files, audio script content, and access to SMEs for Brookwood to develop eBriefings using Macromedia Breeze.  Brookwood created the eLearning modules with clearly defined and written learning objectives, applying the key principles of Bloom’s taxonomy.  All training courses are assessed and tracked for accuracy and retention.  Dynamic, narrated and animated, the new eLearning system provided Bank of America staff with standardized company knowledge, both recorded and live, which built ubiquity and consistency within the company with saving budget long term.
