
Get eOrganized with Change Management
Morgan Lewis was in need of a team to execute an effective Change Management system for their company. The ideal solution would create an engaging way to learn new company initiatives and the first step in creating awareness of changes in the firm. Morgan Lewis’s Change Management System needed to include two functions: a multimedia portal for education and communicate upcoming operational changes throughout the organization.
The Brookwood Solution
Brookwood was chosen to implement this new initiative which was branded Get eOrganized. Phase one of the project was to create one centralized location to store all content matter. Next, Brookwood created a solution in Adobe Captivate which included embedded professional video of the firms CIO discussing the importance of upcoming initiatives. The objective of the announcement was to introduce new organizational and system changes by focusing on each of the main components of the initiative. The announcement was professionally storyboarded by Brookwood to convey the introduction, reasons, and usage of the new systems in a dynamic way while representing the corporate image of Morgan Lewis. Areas of topic include Document Lifecycle, Email, and Automation of Business Processes.
Throughout the project, many business processes were formally defined and streamlined and changes made in technologies utilized in order to enhance efficiency. Included in the project were training simulations for employees to view and reference. The end result was a dynamic communication and training module that was used by thousands of employees for introduction and training on new Morgan Lewis business operations.
