The Need
SearchTec provides quality real estate appraisals,
settlement services, public records searches
and abstract title searches to clients that
facilitate their needs in the real estate,
financial and legal industries. SearchTec wanted
to change their web site and logo to something
that had pizzazz and was cutting edge. They
needed a site that would be dynamic and rich,
drawing people into the content, but also easy
to use and access for clients and potential
clients. They needed the ability to maintain
content themselves to keep the information
fresh on the site.
The Solution
SearchTec choose Brookwood to build an image
and website which would meet and exceed their
demands. The new site features improved navigation,
content management, trivia contest, a scrolling
news bar, newsletter, and a presentation link
to a demo of how to use the on-line system.
The homepage graphic is dynamic and changes
every time the users visit the site. Brookwood
also designed an Administrative Module where
non-technical staff members can manage certain
critical areas of the web site. Some of the
dynamic areas that can be maintained by SearchTec
include admin users, news, Trivia, Q & A,
upcoming events and careers.
