CLG needed an interactive eLearning program that would introduce employees to the proper techniques for identification, description, communication and modification of existing behaviors.

The Brookwood Solution

Brookwood designed a custom, scenario based eLearning program, using Adobe Presenter and Flash Video, to create interactive exercises dedicated to the improvement of co-worker behaviors through the practice of the Focused Coaching Process. Interactive multiple choice, matching and short answer Knowledge Assessments are interspersed throughout the presentation. These quizzes or assessments reinforce learning and report results to CLG for tracking participants’ progress and comprehension of the material. Using Flash, Brookwood also designed and implemented an interactive audio exercise designed to coach CLG employees in proper phone behaviors. This training is concluded with a practice session which delivers immediate constructive feedback. A Likert scale self assessment, which includes embedded links to forward email results to a Supervisor or to print a hardcopy, completes the training.
