Pfizer Animal Health is the worldwide leader in animal health research and has discovered some of the leading vaccines and prescription medicines to help animal’s live longer and healthier lives. Pfizer Animal Heath needed an eLearning solution to support their highly visible National Sales Conference in San Diego. The company needed multiple presentations created to support the pharmaceuticals for house pets. In addition, they needed two presentations discussing business planning and organization. The presentations required a uniform look and feel that was consistent with Pfizer’s image and branding. The final solution was not only needed for the sales conference, but online for future reference. In order to accomplish this, Pfizer needed the slide presentations synced with the live dialog that was recorded during the sessions and shortly thereafter, made accessible online as a reference resource.

The Brookwood Solution

Brookwood utilized existing scripts for the segmented presentations that were delivered by multiple presenters and converted them into a consistent package. To “tag” the appropriate topics, a separate color scheme was used to differentiate each of the eight presentations, while maintaining a consistent overall design. During the Pfizer Animal Health National Sales Conference, the presentation slides were utilized in conjunction with live narration delivered by individual subject matter experts. The audio portion of the presentations was recorded live and the raw, unedited audio files were delivered to Brookwood to be edited and synced with the presentation slides. The final solution included multiple eLearning modules converted into a complete audio and visual resource for Pfizer Animal Health veterinary practitioners and sales professionals to refer to. Adobe Presenter was utilized throughout the project to create a complete eLearning resource.
