Pfizer choose Brookwood to create custom eLearning modules to inform their sales force of new strategies for the marketing of Caduet and Viagra. In addition modules were needed for the unveiling of the Territory Credit List, or TCL that will be used in the Primary Care and Specialty business units.

The Brookwood Solution
Brookwood created an eye catching presentation for Caduet, incorporating the products branding with clear imaging, graphs and narration. The main goal of the presentation is to inform the Pfizer sales force of how to establish Caduet as the “go to” brand for a specific patient type. Similarly, the modules for Viagra reflect the products image and were designed to provide a deeper understanding of key insights about men with erectile dysfunction and the physicians who treat them, as well as the strategies the Viagra team has developed to address customer needs and retain its leadership in the ED market. Lastly, Pfizer’s Management Science and Sales Operations Team needed a corporate branded module to launch the Territory Credit List, or TCL. The purpose of this presentation is to provide an overview of the Territory Credit List and how it will be used during Q2 through Q4 2009.
Using the latest eLearning Technologies, including Adobe Connect, Captivate, and Flash, Brookwood created dynamic, entertaining modules for Pfizer which would provide ubiquitous knowledge to their sales force in an engaging, user friendly way. Brookwood’s team of eLearning developers used there expertise with the Adobe eLearning Suite to rapidly develop a series of high quality presentations that are both timely and cost effective for Pfizer.
