The Brookwood Solution
To remain a leader, Pfizer’s hope was to maximize market awareness of Pfizer resources. Pfizer required sales representatives to attain knowledge of four specific resources available to them, such as Savings card, Co-pay cards, vouchers and starter kits. The goal of the training was to train the sales representatives on how to generate prescriptions for approved indications without cannibalizing future or existing business. Physicians would then provide these resources to patients who will use them to begin a course of treatment and continue by filling a prescription. Brookwood provided a 3 part blended training solution, including a 50 minute online training module that included a pre and post quiz, material for instructor-led classes, and take away “Best Practice” guide summarizing the learning objectives.
Brookwood Instructional designers conducted phone interviews with Pfizer Star Performers to document successful methods and field experiences. This information was incorporated into the training.
