Les co-founded Brookwood in 1994, with a wealth of business and technical knowledge. He is a forty year veteran in the computer industry and is recognized expert in the development of sophisticated computer programs to manage complex projects across many industries...
He is also a co-founder of Primavera Systems, Inc. an internationally recognized and industry leader in project management systems acquired by Oracle Corporation. In addition, Les is a past president of the Project Management Institute, as well as a noted speaker for numerous professional organizations including AACE, PMI and Society of Professional Engineers. Additionally, he has been a guest lecturer at the Sloan School of Business, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Les’s project management skills have led him to manage projects across a wide spectrum of industries including pharmaceutical, research and development, engineering, construction, manufacturing, information technology, chemical and government. These assignments have resulted in substantial savings to clients in lower costs and shorter schedules.
Under Les’s tenure, Brookwood has grown into a proven leader in designing and developing professional, learning solutions for its clients.

With an in-depth knowledge of instructional design, content development, graphics design, and deployment of eLearning modules, Rob leads his team of specialists to deliver on-time, high-quality, cost-effective, and compelling educational solutions. Promoting a healthy work environment, he has led the company leveraging its diversity in culture and thinking, guiding steady growth throughout the 25-year history of the company.
Brookwood has received many awards throughout the years – top web company in the Philadelphia region, and graphics design excellence, to name a few. And Rob received the prestigious distinction of making the “40 under 40” list of regional CEOs.
Rob has been an innovator and achiever in eLearning, providing solutions for hundreds of clients, including Pfizer, Merck, Estee Lauder, Avis/Budget Group, BMW, Lutron Electronics, Rutgers University, and several US government agencies. As one of Adobe’s business partners, Rob has led Brookwood to become one of their largest training centers in the region, departing expertise in teaching and implementation.
Rob has earned an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and has been published in various industry journals. His prior experience was with DataEdge – a company that deals in statistical information for pharma companies implementing clinical trials. He is a member of the Satell Institute, a large group of CEOs that focus on corporate social responsibility for the benefit of local communities.

As an Adobe certified Adobe Connect Instructor, JoAnn not only provides virtual event support services, but also standard and custom training experiences to Brookwood’s clients.
JoAnn is also responsible for managing projects and working with the clients to ensure smooth delivery of every project!
Chris is a senior developer and lead trainer at Brookwood with 15 + years of experience in the web and eLearning field...
He has successfully developed eLearning projects for the government, pharmaceutical, education, and healthcare.
As a trainer, Chris provides hands-on training in design and eLearning tools to professionals both one-on-one and in groups, both virtually and on-site. Chris has expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Presenter, Captivate, Storyline 360, Lectora, HTML, web development.
Chris also hosts virtual events, where he moderates the session and provides technical support for presenters and attendees.
